Dos Pueblos Engineering Academy's 'Carousel of Physics' to Move to Ridley-Tree Education Center

The DPEA Mechatronics Carousel of Physics is moving from the Family Resource Center of the Santa Barbara Museum of Art to a new location.

Since August, the DPEA Mechatronics Carousel of Physics has been exibited in the Family Resource Center of the Santa Barbara Museum of Art. The next phase of our partnership with the SBMA is to install the Carousel of Physics in the Ridley-Tree Education Center at McCormick House after October 8th, where it will be incorporated as part of the museum's ArtExpress Program for elementary students in grades 3-5 through the end of November. This program will host elementary school classes from Goleta and Santa Barbara to be inspired by what the DPEA students created, learn about the connection between art and science, and create their own artwork.
